Post Problem with high resolution screens. The menus are very small

I have a surface pro 4 with a resolution of 2736x1824. The OS is Windows 10 and the version of Docear is 1.2.0 stable build291

I have found that the menus and icons are very small. There's no problem with the mindmap because I can zoom in.
I have attached some pictures to show the problem.

At the moment the only fix that I have find is changing the style from Metal to Windows, in wich some of the text is bigger but the icons remain small.

It might be a problem with how java scales to high dpi screens, but I'm not sure...

Thank you for your feedback. Please note that we - the Docear team - currently do not have the time to answer support questions. However, we encourage all Docear users to help each other.

the same problem with me. i wonder if the the mac version support the the retina screen. if it does, why can\'t support the windows devices with high dpi? it\'s a discrimination. i\'m afraid to abandon using Docear in my Surface pro4.
and there is another bug that the Docear4word dose not show the option box in the popping window, which makes Docear4word usless in high dpi devices.
