I am running Mac El Capitan (10.11.3) and I just tried to download the zip file for the latest stable release. It is apparently damaged.

Can this be fixed?

I figured it out, but I appreciate your very quick response. The \"the file is damaged\" message is coming up because of mac security protocols (sneaky SOBs). To resolve the issue, I went to System Preferences, then to Security & Privacy and changed the settings to allow apps from \'anywhere.\' Thanks!
